• Your Vevi account email or username.
• Your iPhone model and iOS version.
• Whether you used Rear LiDAR Verified or Front TrueDepth.
• The capture/watch link, if relevant.
• What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
• Screenshots or screen recordings, if you are comfortable sharing them.

Privacy and deletion requests

You can request deletion of your account or uploaded content by emailing support@vevi.me. Include the account email and capture links you want reviewed or deleted.

Verification questions

Vevi’s Edit Master verifier can check embedded proof metadata, payload hashes, and signed manifests. A valid result means the file passed Vevi’s current technical checks; it does not guarantee that every real-world claim about the video is true.
